Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Crush graham crackers and mix with butter, vanilla, and brown sugar; press to form the crust; bake for 10 minutes. 3: Beat cream cheese with sugar and passion fruit, then add cream and lastly the eggs; don’t over-beat the eggs or cheesecake will crack. 4: Pour the batter over the crust and bake in a water bath for 1 hour until the center is jiggly. 5: Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. 6: Top with more passion fruit pulp and sliced passion fruit before serving.View original recipe
