0 Pat dry fish and season with salt and pepper 1 Pan sear all sides over med heat with butter and lemon slices; add the butter gradually so it doesn’t brown 2 To make creamed corn- chop shallots, bacon and shuck corn, add everything to a pan and drop the butter; cook until bacon is caramelized; add in jalapeño and a splash of cream 3 Squeeze some extra lemon over the fish and enjoy!View original recipe
