What you need

tbsp avocado oil

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tbsp sesame seed

crushed red pepper

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp water

tsp tamari

tsp sesame oil

garlic clove
Instructions
1: Wash and pat dry bok choy, slice in half lengthwise. 2: To make the sauce mix all ingredients together. 3: Add avocado oil to a pan over medium high heat and place bok choy face down; cook for a few minutes per side until golden. 4: Pour sauce over bok choy and cook for a couple of minutes. 5: Place on a platter and spoon over the rest of the sauce from the pan. 6: Top with sesame seeds, crushed red pepper and enjoy!View original recipe
