One Pan Spring Shrimp Orzo

What you need

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

lb asparagus

lb snow peas

cup olive oil

shallot

oz orzo
cup chicken stock

cup white wine

cup heavy whipping cream

cup parmigiano reggiano

Instructions
1: Wash and slice asparagus and snow peas diagonally and sauté in olive oil over medium high heat, season with salt and pepper and set aside. 2: Pat dry shrimp and season with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, pepper and sauté shrimp for about 3 minutes; set it aside. 3: Chop a shallot and sauté in the same pan until softened, deglaze pan with white wine and add Orzo, chicken stock, lemon juice and zest; adjust salt and pepper, cover and cook until al dente. 4: Finish with heavy whipping cream and Parmigiano Reggiano, mix in veggies, shrimp and devour!View original recipe
