Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs yellow gold potatoes; 3 carrots, medium sized; 1 can peas, drained; 7 @bubbiespickles Kosher Dill Pickles + more for garnish; 1 tbs pickle brine; 5 oz salami; 1 cup mayonnaise; 1 tsp salt; Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Wash and boil potatoes and carrots in salted water until fork tender;
2. Peel potatoes and let them cool completely;
3. Dice potatoes, carrots, pickles and salami and add them to a large salad bowl along with peas, mayonnaise, pickle brine, salt and pepper;
4. Mix well and enjoy on its own, as lettuce wraps, with your BBQ items and more!
