Instructions
1: Pound chicken breasts and cut them in half; marinate for at least 30 minutes with the marinade ingredients. 2: To make the hot honey sauce, add all ingredients to a pan and bring to a gentle simmer. 3: Dredge the marinated chicken into seasoned flour with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. 4: Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat it with crushed cornflakes. 5: Fry the chicken in avocado oil at around 350°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 6: Once the chicken is cooked, coat it with the hot honey sauce. 7: Lightly toast the brioche buns on a pan with some butter. 8: On each bun, add a spoonful of ranch, a lettuce leaf, the hot honey chicken, Bubbies Bread and Butter pickles, more ranch, and enjoy!View original recipe
