dried oregano

oz crushed red pepper

paprika

garlic

extra-virgin olive oil

nonfat greek yogurt

flat-leaf parsley

Instructions
1. Pat dry chicken and marinate in yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt, paprika, crushed red pepper, oregano and black pepper; let sit for an hour or overnight; if you don’t have time to marinate- don’t worry just roast right the way; 2. Roast in a preheated oven at 400F for an hour as you baste once; 3. Broil at 500 F for 5 mins to crisp up the skin; 4.
