cup cheddar cheese

fl oz fresh mozzarella

lb pizza dough
Instructions
1. Roll the middle of your pizza dough on a floured surface, stretch and open the edges of the dough over the pan; 2. Smear your pizza sauce and sprinkle your cheeses; add the meats of choice and sprinkle more cheese; 3. Bake on the lower rack in a preheated oven at 550 F for about 10-12 mins or desired doneness; 4.
