cup bbq sauce

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

cup white sugar

cup yellow cornmeal

cup milk

tbsp butter

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp honey

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp baking powder

tsp coriander

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tsp fresh sage
Instructions
1: Remove membrane and pat dry ribs. 2: Make the marinade by mixing BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, mango beer, smoked paprika, black pepper, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and fresh sage. 3: Brush rib racks on both sides with the marinade, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours. 4: Brush with the remaining sauce and grill for a few minutes per side until charred. 5: Make the dipping sauce by straining the drippings and mixing with BBQ sauce. 6: For the cornbread: Mix dry ingredients (flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking powder) in a bowl. 7: Beat the eggs and add milk and melted butter to the dry mixture. 8: Butter an 11 3/4 skillet, pour the mixture, and bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes or until golden. 9: Slice the bread and toast on a pan with butter, honey, and sea salt.View original recipe
