What you need

tbsp butter

lb pasta

cup heavy whipping cream

tsp white pepper

cup parmigiano reggiano
tbsp pasta water

tsp salt
oz mozzarella

tbsp flour

tsp smoked paprika

bunch fresh chives

cup bread crumbs

cup full fat milk
Instructions
1: Bring water to boil, salt it as the ocean, and boil pasta shells until al dente. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Over low heat, melt butter and add flour, stir until combined. 4: Add cream and milk, mix and then add the cheeses, season with white pepper and paprika. 5: Add pasta into the cheese sauce, mix and pour into your baking dish or individual cast iron skillets, mix in more mozzarella for cheese strings. 6: Melt butter, mix in breadcrumbs and Parmigiano Reggiano, and top the Mac and Cheese. 7: Bake until golden for about 5-7 minutes, covering with parchment paper if needed. 8: Top with chives and enjoy!View original recipe
