Instructions
1. Remove pereiopods (legs) on the lobster tails; bring water to boil and season with salt, add black peppercorns, squeeze lemon and add the rind; drop tails and cook for about 5 minutes or until internal temperature on the thickest par is 135-140 F; 2. Transfer into an iced bath to cool and stop the cooking process; 3. Cut tails lengthwise and serve with cocktail sauce, lemons and enjoy!View original recipe
