Lobster Sliders Two Ways

Delicious lobster sliders made two ways, cold with mayonnaise and horseradish, and warm with garlic butter, perfect for the Superbowl. These sliders use a lobster kit that includes cooked lobster meat, mini rolls, and butter. Quick to prepare in about 20 minutes, they are sure to be a hit!

What you need

tbsp butter

chive
lemon

lb lobster meat

cup mayonnaise

tsp horseradish
lemon

tsp salt

black pepper

tbsp butter

garlic clove

tsp crushed red pepper
Instructions
1: Thaw and rinse lobster meat in a colander, place on top of paper towels and gently pat dry. 2: Mix 1 lbs of the lobster meat with mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice + zest, salt and pepper. 3: Melt 4 tbs butter, add garlic, crushed pepper, lemon juice + zest, salt and pepper, cook for a few minutes over medium heat; add one more tablespoon of butter to emulsify and then add the lobster meat; turn the heat on for a minute while mixing it up. 4: Add butter to a skillet and toast the rolls on both sides. 5: Assemble and enjoy!View original recipe
