Lobster Mac & Cheese

What you need

tsp bbq seasoning

tsp smoked paprika

cup gruyere

cup italian seasoned bread crumbs

ground black pepper

cup fontina cheese

lb lobster

unsalted butter

breadcrumb

cup all purpose flour

chive
cup parmigiano reggiano

cup heavy cream

lb shell pasta

cup fresh mozzarella
Instructions
1. Defrost and rinse lobster meat and poach in butter, water and old bay seasoning for about 4-5 mins and set aside; 2. Bring salted water to boil and drop your pasta shells and cook until al dente; 3. Melt butter and add flour, stir to combine then add milk, heavy whipping, paprika and black pepper; mix in the cheeses; add the cooked pasta and some of the lobster meat and stir it in; add the rest of the lobster on top; 4. Mix Panko breadcrumbs, butter and Parmigiano and top the Mac and cheese; bake at 400 F for about 25 mins until bubbly, finish with chives and enjoy!View original recipe
