Lemon- berry Pudding is my new but old breakfast obsession. It keeps me satiated for hours and helps me get more protein into my diet. The lemon zest and vanilla bean paste make it taste like a dessert!

What you need

cup berry mix

tsp salt

tsp vanilla bean paste
lemon

cup maple syrup

cup low fat milk

cup chia seed
Instructions
1. Add chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, lemon zest and salt to a bowl and stir; wait 10 mins stir again to prevent clumping; 2. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight; 3. Pour pudding into glass containers or cups, top with berries and enjoy!View original recipe
