cup blueberry

oz cream cheese

sugar

tsp vanilla bean

lemon juice
lemon
coarse sugar
egg

tsp water

powdered sugar
mint leaves
Instructions
0 Defrost Puff Pastry according to package instructions 1 Wash and pat dry blueberries and set aside 2 To make the filling- mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and zest 3 Add your puff pastry to a floured surface, gently roll to flatten it out; use a cookie cutter to make the rounds and smaller size cookie cutter to score (don’t cut all the way through) 4 Add a spoonful of the cream cheese filling, blueberries, brush egg wash and sprinkle coarse sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 20-25 mins 5 Finish with powdered sugar, mint leaves, lemon zest and enjoy!!View original recipe
