oz cream cheese

tbsp sugar

tsp vanilla bean paste

tbsp lemon juice
lemon zest
coarse sugar
egg

tsp water

powdered sugar
mint leaves
Instructions
1: Defrost Puff Pastry according to package instructions. 2: Wash and pat dry blueberries and set aside. 3: To make the filling, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and zest. 4: Add your puff pastry to a floured surface, gently roll to flatten it out; use a cookie cutter to make the rounds and a smaller size cookie cutter to score (don’t cut all the way through). 5: Add a spoonful of the cream cheese filling, blueberries, brush egg wash, and sprinkle coarse sugar before baking in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 20-25 minutes. 6: Finish with powdered sugar, mint leaves, lemon zest, and enjoy!View original recipe
