What you need

tbsp butter

nutmeg

fresh ground pepper

cup heavy whipping cream

paprika

parsley

cup cheddar
cup mozzarella

lb pasta
Instructions
1: Cook pasta Al dente according to package instructions, drain and set aside. 2: In a Dutch oven or saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. 3: Add flour and stir. 4: Gradually pour in milk and heavy cream while constantly stirring until the mixture is smooth. 5: Add cheeses and continue stirring until melted. 6: If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to thin it out. 7: Toss the cooked pasta in the cheese mixture and mix well. 8: Transfer to cocottes or ramekins. 9: Bake in a preheated air fryer at 390°F for about 10 minutes. 10: Optionally top with parsley and enjoy!View original recipe
