cup ricotta

cup panko breadcrumbs

tbsp fresh parsley
tsp salt

Instructions
1: Add all meatball ingredients to a bowl and mix. 2: Scoop them out and use some olive oil to roll them. 3: Roast at 400°F for 30 minutes. 4: In the meantime, make the marinara - sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent. 5: Add tomatoes, water, seasonings, sugar, salt, and finish with some basil. 6: Drop the meatballs into the sauce, bring to a boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes. 7: Serve over pasta, finish with Parmigiano Regiano and enjoy with some garlic bread!View original recipe
