What you need

salt

apple cider vinegar

garlic

black peppercorn
baby dill

yellow onion

cucumber
Instructions
1. To make the marinade add all ingredients above to a saucepan and bring to boil, then set aside to cook; 2. Wash and slice cucumbers and onion and start arranging your jars with layers of onions and cucumber slices, add black peppercorn and dill and once the marinade has cooled off pour over and close the lid tightly; 3. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy with burgers, sandwiches, salads or simply as a snack!View original recipe
