dijon mustard

red wine vinegar

sunflower seed

Instructions
1. Crack your egg and using an immersion blender cap the egg yolk and start blending as you slowly pour your vegetable oil; 2. Once emulsified, add your vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and lemon juice; continue blending until it thickens and enjoy! PS: You can store in the fridge up to 3-4 days!View original recipe
