Herby Lemon Garlic Confit Pan-seared Haddock

What you need

cup extra-virgin olive oil
garlic

tbsp unsalted butter

lemon

ground black pepper
salt
tbsp parsley

tbsp dill

lb trout
Instructions
1. Add garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper to a ramekin and air fry at 250 F for about 30 mins or until garlic is soft; 2. Pour most of the garlic oil into the skillet and place your haddock filets, season with salt and pepper; cover and cook for about 5 mins or until internal temperature is at least 145 F; 3. Smash the garlic cloves, add dill, parsley, lemon juice + zest, melted butter and black pepper; if too thick add a splash of water; 4. Once haddock has cooked pour the sauce over and enjoy!View original recipe
