Healthy Zucchini Fries with Garlic Yogurt Sauce

What you need

cup olive oil

cup cornflakes
tsp salt

smoked paprika

dill

cup skim milk yogurt
mayonnaise

tsp garlic powder

Instructions
0 Wash and cut zucchini into sticks (cut once lengthwise and then cut each piece into 3 wedges) and throw in a bowl 1 To a food processor add cornflakes, paprika, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder and oregano and process until finely chopped 2 Coat zucchini with olive oil and toss in the cornflakes mixture; transfer onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 F for about 30- 35 mins 3 To make the yogurt garlic sauce mix all the ingredient above 4 Finish with chopped dill and enjoy!View original recipe
