Healthy Air-fried Waffle Fries

A delightful recipe for crunchy waffle fries made in an air fryer, served with a tasty yogurt garlic aioli. Perfect for seasoning with salt or adding Parmigiano Regiano!

What you need

cup olive oil

cup skim milk yogurt
tbsp mayonnaise
clove garlic
salt
tsp fresh dill

tsp parsley

tbsp lemon juice

lemon zest
Instructions
1: Peel, wash and slice potatoes with a crinkle cut knife as you flip the potato diagonally every time. 2: Toss potatoes in an iced bath for at least 5 minutes to get the starch out. Pat dry and season with olive oil, mix and throw in a preheated air-fryer at 375 F for about 8 minutes (depending on thickness) as you flip/shake them halfway through. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches. 3: To make the aioli, mix all ingredients above. 4: Once potatoes have cooked, season with salt, dip in the delicious aioli or ketchup and enjoy!View original recipe
