mayonnaise

¼ cup mayonnaise

sour cream

¼ cup sour cream

garlic clove

2 garlic clove

paprika

cumin

chipotle powder

¼ tsp chipotle powder

Instructions

1: Preheat grill to medium heat.

2: Peel the husks leaving them attached at the base; remove the silk and soak the husks in water for at least 10 minutes to prevent burning.

3: Brush melted butter on corn and grill on all sides until charred.

4: To make the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, crushed garlic, paprika, cumin, and chipotle powder.
