Grilled Lemon Garlic Dill Potatoes

Here are the best grilled lemon garlic dill potatoes that are a staple at home and perfect side for almost any meal. I love them especially with fish! They are creamy in the inside and crispy golden on the outside.

extra-virgin olive oil

lb fingerling potato
Instructions
1. Wash and cube your potatoes and boil in salted water until fork tender and drain them; 2. To a preheated skillet/flat top grill add olive oil and the boiled potatoes, season with salt and pepper; cover and cook until the bottom of the potatoes is golden; flip and cook again for a few more then add sliced lemon, chopped garlic and dill, cook for another five minutes, squeeze some fresh lemon juice and enjoy!!
