tbsp lemon juice

tsp black pepper

tsp salt

tsp olive oil

cup butter

bunch fresh chives

tbsp red chili flakes

Instructions
1: Cut the top off a garlic head and air fry in a small covered dish for 30 minutes at 390°F or roast alternatively. 2: Pat dry and trim the lobster tails, cut the shell in the middle, and pull the meat out. 3: Melt butter and squeeze the roasted garlic in; blend with an immersion blender and add parsley and smoky chili flakes; reserve half for dipping and brush on lobster tails. 4: Brush lobster tails and grill for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature is at least 135°F (don't overcook); brush butter once more during cooking. 5: Warm up the remaining butter, add lemon juice and zest; brush on more butter, dip, or do both, and finish with chives before serving.View original recipe
