This low carb Greek pizza features a perfect cauliflower crust that can hold a variety of toppings. The crust is made with riced cauliflower, eggs, and mozzarella, topped with a delicious mix of cheeses, a beefsteak tomato, Kalamata olives, red onions, and feta cheese.

cup cheddar cheese

tbsp dried oregano

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

cup kalamata olive

head cauliflower

cup feta
Instructions
1: Cut cauliflower into florets and rice it in the food processor in batches. 2: Add riced cauliflower to a cheesecloth and squeeze the water out. 3: Mix riced cauliflower with mozzarella cheese, eggs, salt, and black pepper. 4: Line the cauliflower mixture on a parchment paper, smooth it out with a spatula and bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes. 5: Flip the parchment paper and peel it off. 6: Layer your cheeses, toppings of choice, more cheese, and bake at 400°F for another 10 minutes. 7: Enjoy!View original recipe
