Who doesn’t like Panzanella?! This is one of my most favorite salads when tomatoes are in season, juicy and so sweet! I can eat it every day and won’t get tired of it!

red onion

basil leaves

sourdough bread
clove garlic

olive oil
salt

pepper

fine sea salt
EVOO

champagne vinegar

black pepper
Instructions
0 Season sourdough bread with salt, pepper and olive oil and throw on the grill 1 Wash and cut your tomatoes, onion and basil leaves 2 Rub the bread with a garlic clove and cube it 3 To make the dressing add all ingredients to a jar and shake it off 4 Pour dressing over, sprinkle flaky sea salt, mix and enjoy!View original recipe
