tbsp fresh dill

tbsp dijon mustard
tsp salt

tsp black pepper

Instructions
1: Rinse, pat dry shrimp and butterfly it; season with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika on both sides. 2: Sear on a hot pan in batches for about 3 minutes; set the shrimp aside. 3: To the same pan add 4 tbs of butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. 4: Stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard and emulsify with 2 more tbs of butter. 5: Lastly add chopped dill; toss the shrimp in the sauce and enjoy.View original recipe
