What you need

lime

tbsp wine vinegar

lb flank steak

anaheim pepper

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp taco seasoning

pepper

tsp kosher salt

tbsp honey
cup extra-virgin olive oil

cup cilantro

tortilla

cup parsley

garlic
Instructions
1. To make the chimichurri, add all ingredients above to a food processor and give it a blitz; 2. Pat dry flank steak and season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, taco seasoning and chimichurri; let marinate for at least 10 mins or even overnight if you can; 3. Sear steak in a cast iron pan until desired temperature and let it rest before slicing; 4. Char tortillas directly on the gas burner if you have one or on a pan; assemble salsas steak, chimichurri and enjoy!View original recipe
