Delicious flank steak tacos served with chimichurri and salsa verde on charred tortillas. These tacos are packed with flavor and are perfect for taco night!

What you need

tsp taco seasoning

tbsp olive oil

tbsp parsley
tsp salt

black pepper

tbsp butter

cup parsley

cup cilantro

fresno pepper

cup olive oil

garlic clove
tbsp red wine vinegar

tbsp honey

lime
tsp salt

tsp oregano

Instructions
1: To make the chimichurri, add all ingredients above to a food processor and give it a blitz. 2: Pat dry flank steak and season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, taco seasoning and chimichurri; let marinate for at least 10 mins or even overnight if you can. 3: Sear steak in a cast iron pan until desired temperature and let it rest before slicing. 4: Char tortillas directly on the gas burner if you have one or on a pan. 5: Assemble salsas, steak, chimichurri and enjoy!View original recipe
