tbsp sugar

thyme
tbsp coarse sugar

powdered sugar

honey

oz goat cheese

tbsp honey

tsp vanilla bean paste
egg

tsp water
Instructions
1: Wash and slice fig and macerate them with sugar, set aside. 2: Mix goat cheese with vanilla and sugar; set aside. 3: Roll your puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 6 squares (about 14 inch); fold each square diagonally and make two side incisions; transfer each side into the opposite direction. 4: Add about a spoonful of the goat cheese mixture and then add fig slices on top and a thyme sprig. 5: Brush egg wash and sprinkle some coarse sugar on the edges. 6: Put in the freezer for about 15 mins then bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 20 mins. 7: Sprinkle some powder sugar and drizzle honey and enjoy.View original recipe
