What you need

oz fresh tomatoes

cup beef broth
can kidney beans
oz dark beer

cup olive oil

yellow onion

red bell pepper

jalapeno
tsp chipotle chili peppers in adobo

tsp ground cumin
tsp ground coriander

tsp chili powder
Instructions
1: Slice and dice all your peppers and onions then cube the beef chuck. 2: Toast your spices over medium heat for 1-3 minutes to get that smoky flavor. 3: Add olive oil to a Dutch oven, sauté your chuck and set aside. 4: Add more olive oil and sauté the peppers and onions until softened. 5: Add the meat back to the pot along with tomatoes, beer, drained beans, beef broth, toasted spices and chipotle in adobo sauce; bring to boil, then cover and finish cooking in a preheated oven at 350 F for about 1 hour or until meat is super tender. 6: Garnish with sour cream, sharp yellow cheddar cheese, chives, lime, avocado, tortilla strips, jalapeño and enjoy.View original recipe
