This Dark Beer Beef Chili features slowly cooked cubed beef chuck that becomes incredibly tender, paired with tomatoes, kidney beans, and an array of spices. It's the perfect comfort food for chilly nights or game days.

What you need

red bell pepper

tsp ground cumin

yellow bell pepper

tbsp chili powder
can kidney beans

tbsp olive oil
oz dark beer
Instructions
1: Slice and dice all you peppers and onions. 2: Trim and cube the beef chuck. 3: Toast the spices on a pan over medium heat for a couple of minutes. 4: In a large Dutch oven, sauté beef over medium-high heat in olive oil until no longer pink, then remove meat (with juices) and set aside. 5: Sauté onions and peppers until softened. 6: Add the meat back into the pot with tomato sauce, beer, drained beans, toasted spices, and chipotle chilies. 7: Bring to a boil, then cover and finish cooking in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 2 hours until the meat is super tender.View original recipe
