Crispy Smashed Potatoes

What you need

cup olive oil

garlic clove
tsp salt
tsp italian seasoning

tsp smoked paprika

black pepper

cup mayonnaise

cup plain yogurt

Instructions
1: Wash and boil potatoes in salted water until firm tender for about 30 mins. 2: Smash potatoes with the bottom of a cup and brush them on both sides with a mix of olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. 3: Pop them in a preheated air-fryer at 390 F for about 10 mins, flipping them halfway through. 4: To make the aioli, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, Calabrian chili peppers, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. 5: Serve potatoes with the aioli, finish with chives, more zest and enjoy.View original recipe
