thyme

garlic powder
cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: Wash and half potatoes lengthwise and score each half. 2: Season potatoes with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, espelette, thyme, and rosemary and mix. 3: Shred Parmigiano Regiano and add to the parchment paper and then arrange potatoes side down. 4: Roast at 400°F for 30 minutes. 5: Finish with more fresh thyme and black pepper and enjoy!View original recipe
