Instructions
Method: 1. Chop your carrot and onion; 2. Pat dry chicken thighs and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika; 3. Sauté chicken thighs in olive oil until golden on both sides and set aside; next sauté carrots and onion until softened, add tomato paste and stir; add green peas and bring the chicken thighs back; pour the broth, adjust seasoning and bake at 400 F for about 30 mins as you baste ones and broil for a few to crisp the skin; 4.
