What you need

cup flour
tbsp cornstarch

tsp salt

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

cup buttermilk

avocado oil

tortilla

romaine lettuce

avocado

cilantro

Instructions
1: Mix flour with cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; pour buttermilk and a pinch of salt in another dish. 2: Add a couple of spoonfuls of the buttermilk into the dry batter and mix until crumbly. 3: Slice chicken breast in half; dredge into the flour mixture, then buttermilk, and back into the flour mixture; shake off excess. 4: Heat frying oil to 350°F; fry chicken in batches until internal temperature reaches 165°F. 5: Char your tortillas, assemble, and enjoy with plenty of Tari Rocoto Sauce!View original recipe
