Instructions
1: Defrost, rinse, and pat dry cooked lobster tails and cut into chunks. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Melt butter, sauté garlic and add in flour; stir and slowly pour in heavy whipping cream, then add Fontina cheese and mix until smooth. 4: Season the mixture with black pepper and smoked paprika; add lobster meat into the cheesy sauce, top with old bay seasoning and bake for 7-8 minutes or until bubbly. 5: Top with chives, serve with garlic rubbed crostini and enjoy!View original recipe
