tsp black pepper

tbsp flour

tsp smoked paprika

lb lobster tail

bunch fresh chives

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1: Defrost, rinse and pat dry cooked lobster tails and cut into chunks. 2: Preheat oven to 400F. 3: Melt butter, sauté garlic and add in flour; stir and slowly pour heavy whipping cream and lastly add fontina and mix until smooth; season with black pepper and smoked paprika. 4: Add lobster meat into the cheesy sauce, top with old bay seasoning and bake for 7-8 minutes or until bubbly. 5: Top with chives, serve with garlic rubbed crostini and enjoy!View original recipe
