Instructions
1. Cut the top off a garlic head, season with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast until soft and caramelized; (I roasted in the air fryer at 350 F for 30 mins) 2. Peel, wash and cube potatoes; boil until fork tender; 3. Drain the water and push potatoes through a mesh sieve while still hot; squeeze and run the garlic through as well; add butter and mix until butter has melted; pour cream and milk and mix well; 4. Finish with some melted butter, chives and enjoy!View original recipe
