cranberries

2 cup cranberries

vanilla ice cream

1 cup vanilla ice cream

table sugar

1 tbsp table sugar

water

puff pastry sheet

1 puff pastry sheet

vanilla bean paste

½ tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

1: Roll your pastry dough on a floured surface.

2: Mix cranberries with 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, lime juice and zest.

3: Mix cream cheese with 1 tbsp sugar and vanilla.

4: Spread cream cheese mixture, then add cranberries and fold the edges as shown in the video.

5: Brush egg wash and sprinkle coarse sugar such as Turbinado.

6: Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 35 minutes or until desired doneness, mixing the cranberries once while baking.
