What you need

tbsp dill

tbsp parsley
cup walnut

lb lowfat greek yogurt

garlic

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
tsp salt
Instructions
1. Wash and chop finely cucumber, dill and parsley; 2. Pour yogurt into a large bowl, add cucumbers, parsley, dill, crushed garlic, olive oil and salt; add 1 cup of cold water and mix; 3. Pour into a serving bowl and finish with a drizzle of olive oil, more herbs, chopped walnuts and enjoy!View original recipe
