Instructions
1: Pat dry chicken and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chipotle in adobo, and lime. 2: Preheat oven to 400°F. 3: Sear chicken over medium heat until charred and finish cooking in the oven until internal temperature reaches 165°F; let it rest and shred it. 4: To make guacamole, smash avocados and mix with red onions, cilantro, jalapeños, salt, and lime juice. 5: To assemble, place a large tortilla, add cheddar, rice, beans, shredded chicken, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce, then roll your burrito; melt cheddar until golden and wrap your burrito in it. 6: Serve with extra CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa, dip in and enjoy!View original recipe
