Instructions
1. Wash and cut potatoes lengthwise; boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender, about 40 mins; 2. To make the chimichurri, add all ingredients above to a food processor and give it a blitz; 3. Once potatoes have boiled; sear them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika as you tossed them until edges are caramelized; 4. Pour the chimichurri over and toss again; reserve some extra sauce for dipping and enjoy!View original recipe
