1. Pound chicken breast to help cook evenly; season with olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper on both sides and pan sear until internal temperature reaches 145- 150 F; 2. Preheat oven to 400 F; 3. Clean your asparagus and season with olive oil, salt and pepper; split into 3 parts and place each chicken breast on top; add cherry/grape tomatoes, season tomatoes with olive oil and salt and shred Parmigiano Reggiano on top; 4. Finish cooking in the oven for about 15 mins until internal temperature reaches 165 F; 5. Top with more Parmigiano Reggiano, black pepper, basil leaves and enjoy!View original recipe
