4 slice cheese

yellow onion

brioche buns

organic eggs

butter

2 tbsp butter

bacon

4 slice bacon

lettuce leaves

2 lettuce leaves

salt

pepper

Instructions

1: Place bacon slices on griddle and cook until desired doneness; cook onions in the bacon grease; season with salt and pepper.

2: Once caramelized, set onions aside.

3: Place burger patties on the griddle and smash with your cast iron press.

4: Flip and place a slice of cheese on top.

5: Stack one burger patty on top of another once cheese is melted.

6: Wipe the griddle clean and melt some butter to toast the brioche buns.

7: Fry eggs until desired doneness.
