What you need

garlic

feta

red onion

black olives

heirloom tomato

shredded cheddar

black peppercorn

salt

cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
1. Cut cauliflower into florets and rice it in the food processor in batches; add it to a cheesecloth and squeeze the water out; 2. Mix riced cauliflower with mozzarella cheese, eggs, salt and pepper; 3. Line the cauliflower mixture on a parchment paper, smooth it out with a spatula and bake at 400 F for about 30 mins; 4. Flip the parchment paper and peel it off; 5. Layer your cheeses, toppings of choice, more cheese and bake at 400 F for another 10 mins and enjoy!View original recipe
