What you need

⅛ cream cheese

⅛ nutmeg

⅛ ground cinnamon

⅛ fine sea salt

⅛ baking soda

⅛ baking powder

⅛ all purpose flour

⅛ vanilla bean paste

⅛ raisin

⅛ carrot

⅛ egg

⅛ granulated cane sugar

⅛ light-brown sugar

⅛ salted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 350 F; 2. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla for a few minutes; add egg, raisins, carrots, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt and beat until well incorporated; lastly sift flour, baking soda and baking powder; 3. Scoop cookies and freeze for 5 minutes and then bake for about 20 minutes; 4. To make the frosting beat butter with cream cheese until smooth then add vanilla and powdered sugar; add into a piping bag and optionally leave some out to add coloring to and make the carrots; 5. Let cookies to cool, decorate and enjoy!View original recipe
