Caramelized Apple Dutch Baby is our new favorite breakfast/brunch idea! It’s incredibly easy to make and adding caramelized apples on top makes it perfect during apple season!

What you need

light-brown sugar

gala apple

powdered sugar

heavy cream

unsalted butter

salt

vanilla bean paste

granulated sugar

baking powder

milk

all purpose flour

egg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 425 F; 2. Add butter to 12 inch skillet and brown it in the oven whole preparing the batter; 3. Add eggs, milk, sugar, flour, vanilla bean paste, salt, baking powder to a blender and blend for a few minutes; 4. Swirl butter over the sides of the skillet and pour batter over; bake for about 15 mins; 5. Whole Dutch baby is baking prepare your apples- core and chop the apples and sauté them in melted butter, sugar, vanilla bean paste and salt; add water and cook until caramelized; 6. Once Dutch baby is all puffed, add caramelized apples, whipped cream and enjoy!View original recipe
